Press Release Summary: Paul J Westerman appointed to help grow turnover and
corporate brand identity of leading Management Consultancy

Press Release Body: London, 28th February 2008: London-based management consultancy
Qedis has appointed Paul J Westerman into the newly created role of Head of
Operational Marketing. Paul will be responsible for the implementation of all
marketing and communication strategies and processes activity for Qedis and is
tasked with helping the consultancy achieve aggressive growth targets, which include
increasing turnover to over £20m and headcount from 60 people to 100 in just two
years.

In his role as head of operational marketing, Paul will define and execute a ten
year marketing and communications strategy to develop new markets for Qedis in
services sectors such as law, travel and leisure, as well as expanding the
consultancy's operation internationally. Paul will build on Qedis' success and
proven capability of working with CIOs and IT directors within the rail, media,
financial services and public sector markets, where the consultancy has worked with
some of the UK's most influential companies, including First Group, ITV, National
Express, Northcliffe Media, Virgin Atlantic Airlines and William Hill.

Paul joins Qedis with over 20 years' marketing and communications experience and has
held senior positions at companies in a variety of service sectors, including legal
and finance. He has particular expertise in strategic branding and market
positioning, growing small to medium-sized companies to attract investment and
future commercial acquisition, as well as defining and delivering global
communications strategies.

Paul will report directly to Paramjit Uppal, managing director of Qedis. Uppal
commented:
"These are exciting times for everyone at Qedis. Over the past five years we have
seen a huge growth in our business, winning clients in all our key sectors while
continuing to build long term relationships with existing clients. We have now
reached a critical point where we can start to raise our profile by referencing the
real successes we have achieved in the marketplace.

"Qedis has established a unique culture and way of working both within the business
and through the way we work with our clients, and Paul's appointment is an important
step in sharing more broadly this 'Qedis Way' and driving growth. His professional
expertise and knowledge will help play an integral role in ensuring the continued
success of the business."

"Over the last five years Qedis has developed an impressive portfolio of high
profile clients and a proven track record working with some of the UK's most
influential CIOs and IT directors, providing the ideal platform to expand the
consultancy," said Paul J Westerman. "However, in order to achieve its ambitious
growth plans Qedis must set in place a marketing strategy that can really take the
company to the next level and positions the consultancy as a viable alternative to
its 'big four' competitors."
